Derealizzazione.

I´ve lost all my touch with reality.
 I can´t seem to get out of my head anymore. And I want to believe that I used to know myself, and that I wasn´t like this and won´t be like this forever but I just can´t remember anything else and I can´t see the end to this.
 I´m really sick and I can´t stop it.
 And I probably won´t stop until it´s too late.
